I woke up a bit before five this morning.  Since it’s Saturday, I turned over and attempted to go back to sleep, then I thought, what the heck, I’ll just get up.  Isn’t nice to have the choice to stay in bed or get up early?

I made a cup of coffee and instead of picking up the remote, I chose to pick up the local paper, then quickly moved on to my Feedly.  I hardly ever take the time to read the feeds I’ve set up.  My choice led me to some great ideas for integrating technology into my classroom and it led me to writing this blog post!

But, before that, I changed into my workout gear and hopped on the treadmill for a little C25K action!
